Desco's service department is headed by longtime employee, Mr. Brad Fisher. Brad takes a personal interest in every customer and their service problem. We are sure you will enjoy working with him if you are in need of repairs.

Our founding fathers at Desco were both technicians. It is the backbone of our business model and continues to be our strength and commitment to our customers. Our technicians have continual education by attending service schools sponsored by our major vendors. We are very proud of the service reputation we have developed over the years.

Desco provides service on all types of home entertainment electronics. We will always service every brand we sell and most brands that exist. However, with the influx of lower quality electronics in the world today, there are still some brands that cannot be repaired, due to a lack of parts and service support by the manufacturer. We don't sell those brands at Desco. If you have a product that you did not purchase at Desco and it needs service, give us a call and we'll let you know if we can help.

You may drop off your service item at our store or give us a call for professional pickup and delivery. We offer service pickup and return delivery as well as estimates on repairs. Our estimate fee varies by product and pick-up/return delivery fee varies by distance. We would be happy to quote you our rates for both.
